Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2011
My husband loved this! I followed others advise and used beef broth and the smaller roast with the same seasonings. Toasted buns and melted provolone. Added Ghiradino (sp?) peppers.

Buttermilk Pie IV

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2011
Be careful about getting the top too brown. I baked mine on the lowest oven rack.

This is so good! You need to serve it with whipped topping because it's so rich. My favorite pie!

No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2007
I thought these would be like an old favorite chocolate no bake cookie that uses 2 cups sugar and cocoa instead of brown sugar and chocolate chips. My husband didn't like these at all.

Garlic Chicken Stir Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2007
Good--I doubled the sauce like someone else suggested. I would use a little more chicken just because I like more protein. Thanks for the recipe!

Cedar Plank-Grilled Salmon with Garlic, Lemon and Dill

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2006
This recipe is the best salmon I've ever had or made. So easy too! We thought it was too saltly so the next time I used about half of what was called for. I purchased my planks and salmon at Costco. Their frozen skinless fillets were great. I would use 6 fillets for this recipe. My husband loved this!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2004
This is soooo good! Everyone loves it and so easy too. I chopped the peanuts so you would get more in every bite. I also needed more than 19 ice cream sandwiches. It depends on the size you buy. I used 24 total so don't eat the extras first--you might need them!!
