Baked Bar-be-Que Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2007
This chicken was good. I made it EXACTLY as stated. The meat was tender and juicy. It didn't dry out at all. This had a good overall flavor, but if you are someone who likes a lot of spice then I would add spices to your liking. This was also very easy to make. It didn't take a lot of preparation.

Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2005
This dip is very good. Always get compliments on it. I didn't use hot sauce, so no vinegar taste. It's great with Hawaiian sweet bread. I have made this several times.

Yakitori Marinade

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2005
I like this marinade. I have actually used it to marinate meat for stir-fry, not just yakitori. I didn't have sake, so I used white wine instead and it still turned out good. I will definately make again.

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2004
This was really good. I live in Japan and I actually like this better than some of the yakisoba sauces I have tried from the local grocery stores. I did cut down on the cabbage, even with the shrinkage there was still a bit too much for my liking. I couldn't find chili paste, so I used sweet chili sauce and it worked fine.

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2004
This chicken was excellent! The combination of spices is perfect. I had been looking for a new way to fix chicken and this is it. I have made and will make again.

Sausage-Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2004
This casserole was pretty good. I did not, however, use the dill or caraway. It's best to spice it up to your own liking. One tip: cook the potatoes alone for the first 30 minutes, then add the sausage for the last 30 minutes. The first time I made it, the sausage was very over-cooked.
