Baked Bar-be-que Chicken

This chicken was good. I made it EXACTLY as stated. The meat was tender and juicy. It didn't dry out at all. This had a good overall flavor, but if you are someone who likes a lot of spice then I would add spices to your liking. This was also very easy to make. It didn't take a lot of preparation.

Hot Cheesy Spinach Dip

This dip is very good. Always get compliments on it. I didn't use hot sauce, so no vinegar taste. It's great with Hawaiian sweet bread. I have made this several times.

Yakitori Marinade

I like this marinade. I have actually used it to marinate meat for stir-fry, not just yakitori. I didn't have sake, so I used white wine instead and it still turned out good. I will definately make again.
