Prune and Olive Chicken

Awesome. I used a little less sugar and it still tasted great. Next time I'll add lots more olives so the family doesn't fight over them!

Doubled the amount of spices, as others suggested. Also added carrots and potatoes. Wonderful flavor. You could tell that some spices were added, but nothing was overwhelming. It was hard to pinpoint exactly what the spices were when eating it, you just knew that it tasted great!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

I was disappointed when I first tasted this dish, although it grew on me the more I ate it. It has nice potential, but seems like it still needs something.

Mom's Salmon Mousse

My only complaint was that the center of the loaf was a little mushy. The next time I make it I'll try using a different pan, maybe even muffin tins! Otherwise, shaping them into patties might work too.

Feta and Olive Meatballs

I love these meatballs! I usually double the recipe and freeze the extras. I once made them with black olives, but the green are much better. Anyone who's tried these meatballs have loved them!
