Mad Hatter Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2012
Outstanding! Welcome change from the soggy, mayo drenched slaw you get in restaurants. I also cut down on the butter and sugar and it was still delicious! This is the ONLY cole slaw recipe I'll use from now on. Try it, you won't be disappointed!

Quick and Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2012
The BEST chicken noodle soup ever! Made it for my 90-year old parents who are very fussy and they couldn't get enough! Used a rotisserie chicken and spaghetti which I cut up in small pieces as they're easier for them to manage vs wide egg noodles which slip off the spoon. Substituted parsley for the basil, left out the oregano and added a bay leaf. Used Kitchen Basics brand for the broth which we like best and omitted the vegtable broth. This is the ONLY chicken noodle soup recipe I will use from now on!

Way Easy Pizza Sauce/Bread Stick Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2011
The BEST pizza sauce ever! Perfect combination of spices. Simmered on the stove for 20 minutes so the spices melded together. Didn't add sugar as we don't like a sweet sauce. Absolutely the BEST!!

Love this soup! Didn't use the flour mixture, but added one cup of elbow noodles to bulk it up a bit. Excellent flavor and very easy to make!

Ultimate Shrimp Scampi

Reviewed: Apr. 3, 2009
Absolutely the BEST shrimp scampi I've ever had. I added two cups of fresh baby spinach to the sauce at the end just long enough to wilt. EXCELLENT RECIPE - not one bite left and can't wait to make it again!!!

Shrimp Salad with Dried Cherries

Reviewed: Apr. 16, 2008
This salad was excellent. Can't go wrong with shrimp and avacadoes! Also added some cherry tomatoes. The dried cherries give it just a bit of a sweet taste. The dressing is outstanding, but I'd recommend doubling it. I let it chill for a while in the fridge before serving.

Baked Dijon Salmon

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2007
This recipe is to die for! The top is crispy while the fish is moist. The end product looks like something that would be served in a fine restaurant. If you enjoy salmon, strongly recommend you try this recipe!

Shrimp Scampi Bake

Reviewed: May 31, 2007
This recipe is EXCELLENT!! I used extra large shrimp rather than medium, sprinkled parmasen cheese on before baking and let marinate in fridge for about half an hour. The flavor is incredible! Will be making again, and again and again!!
