Apple Banana Cupcakes
I topped with my Great Grandma's 3-6-9 caramel frosting. 3 tbsp butter, 6 tbsp evaporated milk and 9 tbsp brown sugar. Bring to a rolling boil for 1 minute, cool completely and then mix in powdered sugar until you reach desired thickness. The caramel really compliments the fruit and spice!
