This tuna was really delicious. It is very different from what I am used to. This is tuna with a kick. I suggest using this recipe for entertaining or whenever you want to make a good impression. Although the flavors were a bit too strong for my husband, I will still make it again. I suggest using real onions instead of minced onion flakes, which could be mistaken for egg shells while eating. Next time, I will start with a bed of romaine lettuce, then add tri colored pasta noodles, add this tuna, shredded parmesan, and probably Olive Garden's salad dressing. I can not wait! I think this will be a fantastic pasta/tuna salad. FYI-I used more tuna and less mayo than the recipe calls for...personal preference.
