Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2013
Pretty good, but all the cheddar melted out into the pan, and the cream cheese was a bit overpowering.

INCREDIBLE Raspberry Cheesecake Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2012
I used cherry chips rather than raspberry, and everybody loved them. I've made them twice now. Very easy and very good.

Simple BBQ Ribs

Very good and fall-apart tender. I finished them off under the broiler for about 5 min per side.

Double Layer Pumpkin Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
I added about 6 oz more cream cheese because I wanted more of the plain cheesecake on the bottom.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
Very good. I added about 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon and didn't do the lattice top.

Yummy Sweet Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2011
I don't eat sweet potatoes, but I wanted to make some for my grandmas. Everybody said they were great and one of my grandmas said they were the best sweet potatoes she's ever had in her 84 years!

Sarah's Spicy Turkey Chili

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2011
This was very good, but I cut down on the spices....a lot....after reading other reviews. I skipped the cayane, and only put in about half of the amounts of the other stuff. I also didn't add more salt, pepper, or chile powder when i put the rest of the ingredients in. I didn't feel like getting the crock pot out, so I just cooked in a pot on the stove. I put the ingredients together on Sunday and didn't cook it until tonight (Friday) so I figured the ingredients have had plenty of times to "marry" (haha, I hate that word when used in cooking!) so i only cooked for about an hour. I rated it 4 instead of 5 since I had to cut so much of the spices out. It was really good though. Will make again.

Chicken Lasagna Alfredo

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2011
It was pretty good, but I think if I try it again I'll try using broccoli rather than spinach. The spinach kinda overpowered the other flavors for me. When I made this I used 4 chicken breasts rather than 3.

Tater Tot Casserole II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Great flavor, but too much cream. I will try it again with half the sour cream. I added 1 lb ground beef to mine to make it a complete meal.

Peanut Butter Bars I

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
I didn't care for the taste of the semisweet chocolate chips. Next time I will try using regular chocolate chips and I think it will be 5 stars.

Easy Whipped Cream

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
Very good. I followed the advice of others and increased the cream to 3/4 cup and cut the sour cream to 1/4 cup.

Chocolate Chess Pie II

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2010
The taste was great, but I put it in the oven for 10 minutes longer than it said and it still didn't solidify. It was like chocolate sauce. Update: I refrigerated it overnight and it was much better...not nearly as runny. I topped it with whipped cream (also from this site) and the combination was wonderful.

Green Bean Casserole I

Reviewed: Oct. 27, 2009
I've always liked this recipe. Another great variation to this recipe is to use canned asparagus instead of the green beans and cream of asparagus soup rather than the cream of mushroom. Yum!

Salami Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2008
I am a salami lover so I thought this was great. My boyfriend doesn't like salami as much as I do, but he loved this too. I am not much of a cook, but this was very easy to make.
