I made this recipe to the T. The sauce was fabulous. The sliced Mozzarella was far too much cheese so I used grated. It looked great when put together. Once cut and on the plate, although it was eatable, it was the driest lasagne I have ever made, and I have made dozens that have had great responses from the eaters.
I asked everyone when I make another lasagne would they like this one or my normal one with cheese sauce and they all said my normal one.
I will happily make the meat sauce again but will use it with my normal recipe.
