Venison Stew I
This was so easy and had a great result. I followed the directions except for the water which I replaced with Campbell's beef stock. I also rolled the meat in flour before browning to make a gravy easier to make. The meat simply melted and had a lovely rich flavour. I will make this one of my favourite recipes.

Indonesian Pork Satay
Great recipe, easy to follow. I used pork ribs and marinated them over night. They were very tasty. I asked my partner which recipe he wanted with his lamb ribs tomorrow and he requested this one over any other suggestions. We will stay with this recipe for all our ribs. The only alteration I did was to dry roast a cup of fresh peanuts in a non stick fry pan instead of salted Spanish ones.

World's Best Lasagna
I made this recipe to the T. The sauce was fabulous. The sliced Mozzarella was far too much cheese so I used grated. It looked great when put together. Once cut and on the plate, although it was eatable, it was the driest lasagne I have ever made, and I have made dozens that have had great responses from the eaters. I asked everyone when I make another lasagne would they like this one or my normal one with cheese sauce and they all said my normal one. I will happily make the meat sauce again but will use it with my normal recipe.
