Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Great recipe! I used prosciutto instead of bacon. It was so tasty and spread better over chicken. I also cooked them right on the stove instead of baking in the oven. My family loved it and so did I.

Really good recipe! I used applesauce in place of oil and it turned out really moist. Then made another batch and used half cup applesauce and the rest oil since I didn't have any applesauce left. Honestly, I think the one with all applesauce is more moist than the one with oil. Loved it!

Chicken Souvlaki Gyro Style

This was delicious! The sauce was so good. I added a bit more greek seasoning, but that is the only change I made. I would like to find a recipe for making my own pita bread. Its hard to find a good soft pita at my local grocer.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

This recipe is a hit in my house. The only thing I changed was I used chicken broth instead of the beer. I also cooked on the stove instead of the crockpot. If you buy the chicken premade, you can prepare this in 20 minutes. One more thing... I added cilantro and a little cumin. YUM!

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Loved this recipe! The only thing I did differently was used light sour cream instead of regular. I have been looking for the right banana bread recipe. It turned out very moist and my family and friends loved it!

Shrimp Scampi I

This recipe was easy to make and my family loved it. I was a little skeptical about using bread crumbs, but I'm glad I did. It was the perfect combo. I also realized the next day that I forgot the lemon, but no one else seemed to feel like anything was missing from it. This is a great one!
