Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

I have made this recipe a few times and I love it made in a cast iron skillet! follow the recipe exactly about but once you have the dough ball cut it in half and press half into the skillet and spread out the other half onto a cookie sheet and cut into strips for breadsticks. bake until both are golden and then brush the sticks and pizza crust with melted garlic butter. best breadsticks I have ever had

Roast Chicken with Rosemary

This recipe is great however there is one imperative step that is not mentioned. It is crucial that you add water to the bottom of your roasting pan or the fat that drips off will burn and smoke up your entire house. I altered a couple things like putting butter underneath the skin and I cooked the chicken breast side down and the breasts were far juicier than if cooked breast side up. I will definitely make this again.

Simple Whole Roasted Chicken

I did not use the spices listed for this recipe, however I did cook it in a roasting pan without a rack and I must say it is imperative that you put water into the bottom of the pan because the fat will burn and smoke up your entire house.

Mom's Zucchini Bread

this recipe comes out great every time. Don't be nervous to change the amount of zucchini you put into it, I usually put a good 50% more into that batter and it bakes fine but has noticeable zucchini in it. The only thing I would change is always the bake time, at 325 I always have it in for about 75 minutes. This recipe is even better with a crumb topping on it.
