Turkey in a Bag
The ONLY way to cook a moist, fall off the bone delicious turkey. I prepare it just as thie recipe here directs, but add a basic bread, seasoning, celery & onion stuffing. No basting, easy clean up lots of delicious turkey stock for gravy...simply perfect!

Lime Gelatin Salad
I've been making this recipe for as long as I can remember. I got it from my grandma, and streamlined it by "blenderizing" it rather than just mashing the pears. SO yummy, smooth and refreshing. It has become just as important as Green Bean cassrole & Candied Yams on our Thanksgiving table.

Barbeque Halibut Steaks
I followed other reviewers advice and doubled the sauce. Marinated for about an hour, then cooked as directed, basting with remainging sauce. The end result was just"ok", I won't use this recipe again though.
