Best Ever Layered Mexican Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2004
This is a great recipe. I left out the guacamole because my family doesn't care for it. My friend makes this recipe and she uses one can of refried beans and 1/4 c. taco bell, taco sauce. She also uses green onions on top and grape tomatoes cut in half to make the dish pretty. I've also made it with 2 tsp. of tobasco sauce in the bean dip. It is a great recipe. Will make again!

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 1, 2005
Great Cookies! I never can get cookies to turn out like they should but these turned out perfect. I used milk chocolate chips instead of semi sweet and I cut the amount of chips in half because I don't prefer alot of chips in my cookies. My hubby absolutely loved them. In fact, he was the one that found this recipe and asked me to try it. Thanks for the great cookie recipe =) I will be using this recipe often.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2005
Great recipe! I left out the olives because my husband doesn't like them and it was wonderful. My inlaws loved it as well and it's hard to make something that impresses them. Thanks for this recipe. It is definitely a favorite now in my household =)

Chili I

Reviewed: Sep. 13, 2005
Absolutely WONDERFUL! My husband loved it. I changed the half cup of brown sugar to a fourth. The grocery store I went to was out of the fresh hot chili peppers so I substituted them for 4 fresh hot jalapeno peppers, I also use ground cumin instead if the whole seeds. My inlaws loved it as well. This does take a long time to make but it is well worth it. I will try with the red chili peppers next time but it was AWESOMW with the jalapeno. THANKS FOR THE GREAT RECIPE. It is a favorite in my house!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2005
GREAT MUFFINS! I used one cup of milk chocolate chips instead of blueberries. It made 11 regular sized muffins. I cooked them for 16 minutes and I only filled them 2/3 full. They are prettty and taste great. Thanks for the great recipe. I can't wait for my hubby to get home from work so that he can try them.

Caramel Popcorn

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2005
Absolutely wonderful! I used 4 bags of microwave popcorn(2 bags of butter flavor and 2 bags of plain). It was all so good. I bake it in 2, 9x13" glass casserole dishes. It did stick very bad. Next time I will grease the pans. But it was still so good. My hubby loved it and he is VERY hard to impress. THANKS =)

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Oct. 18, 2005
Absolutely Wonderful! Best pasta I've ever had and I made it ) If you double or triple the recipe don't double or triple the whipping cream. It won't thicken up right if you do. I didn't add mushrooms and I put the green onions, and bell peppers in the chopper. This was wonderful. Thanks so much for a great recipe. =)

Dirt Cake I

GREAT RECIPE! TASTES LIKE A HUGE OREO COOKIE BUT BETTER. MAKE SURE THAT YOU PREPARE IT AT LEAST A FEW HOURS BEFORE YOU SERVE IT SO THAT THE CREAM HAS TIME TO THICKEN. IT IS SOOO GOOD AND VERY NEAT LOOKING =) THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT RECIPE!

Chocolate Cavity Maker Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2005
THIS CAKE WAS DELICIOUS! BUT ONE BITE WAS ENOUGH FOR ME. IT WAS SOOOOOO CHOCLATELY! I USED CHOCOLATE DEVIL'S FOOD CAKE AND 12OZ OF MINI SEMI SWEET CHOCOLATE CHIPS. I WOULD ADVISE TO USE MILK CHOCOLATE CHIPS THOUGH (THEY AREN'T BITTER). I MADE IT IN MY NEW STARS BUNDT PAN AND IT TURNED OUT GREAT! I AM SURE THAT MY MOTHER-IN-LAW WILL LOVE IT. SHE IS THE PERSON I MADE IT FOR BECAUSE SHE IS THE ONE WHO LOVES CHOCOLATE =) THANKS FOR THE GREAT RECIPE =)

Chicken Cordon Bleu I

Reviewed: Jan. 23, 2006
This was not a good recipe. I never leave bad ratings but for this one I had to. The chicken was very hard to pound out and it never got thin enough. I cooked it just like the recipe said and it just was bland. I am sorry for the bad rating. But I won't be making this again.

Not really my favorite. The onion was too strong. Make sure you don't put too much onion and it might be better.

I MADE THIS A COUPLE OF WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS WONDERFUL SO I MADE ANOTHER ONE FOR MY HUBBY TO TAKE TO WORK AS A TREAT FOR HIS COWORKERS. I MADE IT JUST AS THE DIRECTIONS SAID AND I WOULDN'T CHANGE A THING. I DID POKE HOLES IN THE TOP OF THE CAKE BEFORE POURING THE ICING ON. THIS WAS SOOOOOOOOOO EASY TO MAKE AND ALL THE PEOPLE AT MY HUBBY'S WORK THINK I AM AN EXCELLENT COOK =) *CHEERS! THANKS FOR THE GREAT RECIPE=)
