All I can say is, Wow. I did make a few minor changes though - I added a clove of minced garlic to my chopped tomatoes, I used a few spoonfuls of seasoned canned diced tomatoes since some people said it was a bit dry, I added a handful of sliced fresh mushrooms, I sauteed the chicken in a bit of olive oil and butter (to prevent burning) and generously sprinkled on Emeril's Essence (I'm sure any cajun seasoning would have the same effect)....I was also distracted and completely forgot to add the ranch, so I just drizzled about 1/4 cup over the top of everything (oops, I was on the phone telling my mom what I was making). Umm...and I also used colby-jack instead of the cheddar....I know that sounds like a lot of changes, but it really wasn't... :) This is defintely a keeper and my friends loved it, my boyfriend said it tasted really good and he could never make a good pizza at home and he worked at a pizza place for 3 years. I had one leftover slice and brought it to another friend to try the next day, and even reheated in the microwave he said it was really good.
