Mrs. Sigg's Peanut Butter Cookies

This is a great recipe. The only thing I would change is before baking, stick the dough in the freezer for about fifteen to thirty minutes, or ten before you bake, and stick it back in the freezer when you're not using it. I also made my cookies a little bigger (about the size of a golf ball), so I had to cook them longer. And I rolled the balls in sugar before pressing them with the fork tines. My family bsolutely loved the cookies!

Caramel Corn IV

WOW! What a great recipe! When I made this, I split the popcorn in half, and kept the caramel amount the same. This got the popcorn perfectly coated. I would recommend cutting the baking time dramatically. I first cooked it for the amount of time shown in the recipe. But it made the caramel taste a little burnt. So I would recommend just watching the popcorn while it cooks to get it right. Happy cooking!
