White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
Very good and rich. I made this exactly as directed and I wouldn't change a thing. Many reviews thought they would reduce the spinach to 1 box, but I thought 2 boxes were fine.

Delicious! I actually added a little extra Rosemary, because we love it. I also used chicken broth. Served with rice.

Yummy! Next time I will add a little chili paste, for a little heat, but it was still really good.

Absolutely loved it. I used the whole can of kidney beans, but didn't change anything else.

Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Dec. 1, 2007
These were good. I added 1 tbs of steak sauce to the meat mixture and some of Emerils essence. I also microwaved the cabbage in order to remove the leaves. It was still a little difficult though. I baked my cabbage rolls in a 350 oven for about an hour and fifteen minutes. Tasted good.

Great Pumpkin Dessert

Reviewed: Nov. 24, 2007
I ended up eating almost all of it, but it wasn't great. I won't make this again. I did not care for the cake topping at all and the consistency was a little off for me.

Washabinaros Chili

Absolutely the BEST! I used extra beef broth in place of the beer and it turned out wonderful! This is the only chili recipe I will be making from now on!

Maria's Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2007
This looked really good, however it lacked flavor. I even took the suggestions of others who sauted the spinach with galic, mushrooms, and olive oil. I think some Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning would help.

Yakisoba Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 7, 2007
I admit at first I was a little skeptical about trying the Buckwheat Soba noodles with yam, but they actually were really good. I have tried other types of Japanese noodles, and I actually liked these the best. Next time I might use Low Sodium Soy Sauce, but other than that, we enjoyed this very much.

Italian Zucchini Boats

These were great for something different. I would make them again, but there was just something about them that wasn't a five star for me.

This is the BEST apple crisp I have ever made. I didn't change a thing and plan on making this recipe over and over. I used Granny Smith apples and boy was it good!

Italian Penne Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 19, 2007
My husband really liked this dish, but I just thought it was okay. I tend to like more of the citrusy dressings rather than the creamy type. The flavors were great, but it was just a little more filling than I like.
