I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in October of 2005 and have been eating gluten free ever since. It's been a fun (and sometimes frustrating) challenge finding gluten free options and adapting recipes so that I can eat them. I blog about gluten free recipes at www.glutenfreebetty.blogspot.com
My favorite things to cook
Dessert are by far my favorite thing to make, but that's because they taste so good! I love trying new recipes and experimenting with new foods.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Tender, delicious, and oh so easy! I used Virgil's gluten free root-beer and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. I will be making this again soon!
