Chef John's Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
It's amazing how the added chicken broth kicks this up a couple notices. Always relied on cooking a whole chicken, bones and all, for full flavor, (and then strain) which it does but the added broth just knocks it out of the park. Made this recipe for 40 years but will add the broth from now on. Just one thing, I always cook my noodles separate because they tend to cloud the broth. I add them to the soup at the very end for a clearer broth. Good one Chef John!

Sausage Crescent Rolls
Great for appetizers... Also super good made with Bridge Port unbaked bread loafs. Just roll out, fill, roll up and bake. Slice as you would for sliced bread. Just noticed how long ago other comments were made. No current ones?

Santa Maria Grilled Tri-Tip Beef
Living in central California I have to say this recipe is right on... During the summer the air permeates with the scent and smells of BBQ tri-tip/oak. Of course tri-tips are plentiful here. I have my oak branches (also plentiful here) dried and cut, ready for the summer grilling. Good one Chef John. I do marinate much longer though..at least 24 hours. Also I take the meat off the grill at no more then 120 degrees F.
