LOOK NO FURTHER! Oh my goodness, this was a very juicy turkey! I made this for Canadian Thanksgiving and it was a hit! I used chicken broth instead of white wine. I didn't have a bucket big enough for my turkey to brine overnight so I stuck my prepared kosher salt turkey, put it in a heavy duty garbage bag, filled it with water, double bagged it, and stuck it in my crisper drawer in the fridge. Also, I did what previous users did to turn the turkey - two pot handles - worked perfectly. I loved not having to baste it! This was fantastic, I will never make turkey any different for the rest of my life! Thank you so much for sharing!
