Roasted Potatoes with Greens

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2005
Great Recipe!!! I will definately make this one again... and again.. I sprinkled the parmesan over the potatoes at the end.. For some reason it took a while for the potatoes to be cooked 45 mins.. it's probably my stove! Thanks so much for submitting this!!!!

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
My boyfriend and sister enjoyed this dish on a cold snowy day! It was absolutely perfect! Paired with some artisan french bread and you have some really cozy comfort food. The only thing was I had to add more beef broth to ensure the contents was covered! All in all great recipe!

Balsamic-Glazed Salmon Fillets

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2006
Delightful way to cook the salmon. I marinated in for a couple hours in the sauce prior to throwing into the oven. At first I was afraid the pungent sauce would overpower my dish but it complemented the salmon perfectly .

Peanut Butter Cookies IV

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2006
Very good! I baked them for 9 mins exactly.. I did make them bigger hoping they did not flatten out - but no such luck.. Instead - right when they came out of the oven i used two spatulas to square the cookies and sort of squish them so they'd be a bit thicker.. And they turned out like Cookies by George cookies!

Asian Beef Skewers

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2006
WOW great! I think i marinated mine for too long more than 24 hours and it turned out extra tender - falling off the skewers while on the bbq.. Next time I'll try it for 3 hours instead and maybe slice my flank steak a little thicker... Great flavor mmmm thx for sharing

The sauce was great.. Has a real thai taste to it. Unfortunately the cod did not go well with this recipe. I will definately use chicken next time.

Gingerbread Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Frosting

Reviewed: Nov. 6, 2006
I gave this four stars only because I had to change the frosting. Used 8 ounces cream cheese, 2 cups confectioners sugar & added 1/4 tsp lemon extract. The frosting turned out great. The cupcakes were delicious!! A little on the dry side with 20 mins cook time - will try 16 mins next time as another reviewer suggested!
