Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

Chicken Tikka Masala

Very good tasting recipe, however there is way too much salt. I would more than half the salt next time. Also, I don't have a BBQ so I cooked the chicken in a skillet on the stove. Turned out perfect. Cilantro is a perfect finishing touch.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breasts

A few minor improvements and this recipe would be 5 stars. After following the baking instructions the bacon was still soft so I drizzled olive oil over the bacon and chicken and put it back in the oven, but at 425. After 10 minutes the bacon was nice and crispy. Also, I ran out of mayo so I added ranch dressing to the spinach mixture and that was great.

Cajun Style Stuffed Peppers

This was a great recipe. I doubled the garlic and topped the peppers with slices of mozzarella cheese before putting in the oven. They were great.

Three Animal Italian Meatballs

Great meatballs!! I used 2 lbs of ground beef and 1 lb of Italian sausage, added 4 cloves of diced garlic and left out the bread crumbs. They turned out great. After cooking, I cut them in half and put them on a hoagie roll with some marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese and put in the oven until the cheese melted. Wonderful.
