Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This will be THE chili recipe for us. We went to a couple of chili cook off before and also tried a few recipes but this is the best. Omitted the beans and double the cayenne. We just don't like beans in our chili and hubby likes his chili spicy. At first I thought...what a long list of ingredients...but it's worth it. Bursting with flavor. Love it! Made it 2 weeks ago, will make again this weekend.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever
as suggested by other reviewers, I used bread slices soaked in milk. I used 1 lb ground beef, 2 slices bread. Turned out great. I added onion. I sauted the onion first on a pan until slightly charred then mix it with the other ingredients. Just personal preference with the onion. Used it on slider buns and made patties smaller. Hubby, 5 and 7 yr old boys liked it. Made it 2 weeks ago, will be making it again later today.

Old Fashioned Peach Cobbler
This is a keeper! Just made it tonight. Last week I tried a recipe from this site but the crust was cakey. This one is excellent. Crust recipe is yummy, slightly sticky but just add a little flour when you notice it's too sticky as you roll it. I took reviewers advice of: Increase crust amount. I made 1.5 X, cut sugar by half (I don't like extra sweet dessert), cut orange juice by half, increase cornstarch to 3 TBSP (instead of 1 TBSP), Brush eggwash on top layer dough to make it look nicer. 4 stars as is, 5 stars after modifications. Will make again for sure.
