Ham and Cheese Quiche
I love this recipe and have used it on several occasions! I have added a little thyme, garlic and onion to flavour up a bit and our family loves it. Even the fussy 2 year old and the husband who says he doesn't like quiche! I tried the freeze and bake option by YUMMEST but it took over an hour to cook from frozen. If I would try it again I would thaw it completely and then cook for 35 min.

Authentic Pad Thai
This was a fantastic recipe! After eating the very same dish in Thailand this is as close as it gets. We add hot chili sauce at the end to taste for those that like a little extra kick. Also found that if you don't have tamarind paste that you can use lime juice instead. Will definitely make this again!

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
This was a great recipe! Perfectly soft and chewy and fabulous fresh out of the oven!! I had doubled the recipe to use up some baking supplies and found that it could have used another 1-1/2 cups of oats but wouldn't change anything else. I now have a new peanut butter cookie recipe as my go to! Thanks
