Artichoke Cheese Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2002
This is a great appetizer for 4-5 people. There was 4 of us and it was gobbled up quickly. My husband suggested "Triscuits" and we all thought that they tasted better than the french bread. Next time I'll probably use a little less dill (although my guests liked it). Great recipe that I'll definitely make again

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2002
This turned out Wonderfully!! everyone loved it. I tried to make it as "light" as possible (sugar free jello, light cool-whip, light cream cheese) and it was still a huge hit. I think next time I'll try a different flavor of Jello and use some frozen mixed berries (rasberry/blackberry)... my frozen strawberries seemed to be high on "juice" but low on actually strawberries. Next time I'm going to get the "whole" berries and slice them myself. thanks! - a Huge hit with the whole family!

Prime Rib

Reviewed: Dec. 29, 2002
I made this for Christmas Dinner, and it was the first Time I made Prime Rib .. ever. What a hit. Everyone raved! I had a 12 lb Prime Rib, I cooked it on 500 (covered) for 70 minutes, and then turned off the oven for 95+ minutes and it came out perfect. Due to the cut of the meat, I had well-done to med-rare and that pleased everyone. This will be the ONE recipe that I used EVERY time I make Prime Rib from now on! Thanks!! (as we are now enjoy prime rib sandwich leftovers too)

Enchiladas

Reviewed: Apr. 29, 2001
My 5 year old LOVED it. My husband said it was good, and asked to make it again (but didn't have the enthusiasm that the 5 year old did). I think next time I'll play around with the recipe, using corn (yes, the flour tortillas were a bit soggy) and maybe some olives, mushrooms or ??

Crab Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2000
This was Terrific! I cut the recipe in half and it was more than enough for our family of three. (even the 5 year old loved it!). I also used half canned crab and half canned shrimp and real garlic and it turned out wonderful !! I'll be making this one again!!

Acapulco Chicken

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2000
good recipe, but bland for adding spices to it. We had it with spiced up rice and tortilla shells ...even added a bit of sour cream. it was still "missing something"

Shrimp and Crab Enchiladas

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2000
This was great (and so easy)! I cut the recipe in half and it was plenty for two people. We order seafood enchiladas in Mexican Restaurants and this was one of the best we've ever had! Highly recommend
