Artichoke Cheese Dip
This is a great appetizer for 4-5 people. There was 4 of us and it was gobbled up quickly. My husband suggested "Triscuits" and we all thought that they tasted better than the french bread. Next time I'll probably use a little less dill (although my guests liked it). Great recipe that I'll definitely make again

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad
This turned out Wonderfully!! everyone loved it. I tried to make it as "light" as possible (sugar free jello, light cool-whip, light cream cheese) and it was still a huge hit. I think next time I'll try a different flavor of Jello and use some frozen mixed berries (rasberry/blackberry)... my frozen strawberries seemed to be high on "juice" but low on actually strawberries. Next time I'm going to get the "whole" berries and slice them myself. thanks! - a Huge hit with the whole family!

Prime Rib
I made this for Christmas Dinner, and it was the first Time I made Prime Rib .. ever. What a hit. Everyone raved! I had a 12 lb Prime Rib, I cooked it on 500 (covered) for 70 minutes, and then turned off the oven for 95+ minutes and it came out perfect. Due to the cut of the meat, I had well-done to med-rare and that pleased everyone. This will be the ONE recipe that I used EVERY time I make Prime Rib from now on! Thanks!! (as we are now enjoy prime rib sandwich leftovers too)
