Quick Asian Beef Noodle Soup

I should have known this wouldn't be good based on the ingredients, but I wanted to use up some Bok Choy I had on hand. It didn't have much flavor and wasn't worth the sodium overload.

Bar Cookies from Cake Mix

I love this recipe for the simplicity (one bowl, one spoon, one measuring cup, and one pan), but these cookies are so yummy too! I have made them twice - once with a white cake mix and once with a yellow cake mix. Both were good - I actually preferred the yellow, it had more of a vanilla taste. People love these and have no idea how easy they are to make.

Peanut Butter Vegetable Chicken Soup

Well worth trying - the peanut butter really adds something! I've made this a couple of times. The first time I followed the directions the second time I included leftover turkey and Thanksgiving vegetables (carrots, parsnips, sweet potato). It's a very forgiving recipe - I think you can use what's on hand.

Tortellini Soup I

This was delicious! I used bulk hot italian sausage from the grocery store butcher and it wasn't too spicy - just right. I also wilted some fresh spinach I had on hand just after the onions and garlic were cooking. Very good!

Crustless Spinach Quiche

Delicious! I thought the spinach might be overpowering, but it wasn't at all. This is a great option for low-carb dieters, but anyone will think it's yummy. I will try this next time with chopped broccoli for a little variety.

Chicken Tortilla Soup III

This was very flavorful and yummy! I used 2C. half & half and 2C. skim milk and it was still very creamy. Like other reveiwers I also put some of the cheese directly in the soup. Next time I may add black beans.

Great way to use leftovers without micro-waving. I adjusted amounts to use the leftovers I had and it was very good. My boyfriend loved it and ate two heaping servings!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This was good - but next time I won't use canned chicken. Like previous reviewers I thought it tasted like tuna a little bit. Also - it is VERY spicy and gets hotter the longer it sits!

Zesty Slow Cooker Chicken Barbecue

This was very easy and tasty. I used thawed chicken breast and it took 3.5 hours on high and it was falling apart tender. I wish I would have saved some bbq sauce to have on the side - my sauce was very thin.

Chocolate Mint Cookies I

These are very rich and delicious! So rich I didn't want to eat more than one at a time, so that was a good thing!!! When I first mixed the dough before chilling it looked almost like brownie batter and I was afraid that it didn't turn out, but it was fine! I used a knife tip to swirl the mint on top.

Chicken Angelo

This tasted very good and the chicken was quite tender. I used only an 8 oz package of muenster cheese slices and that seemed like plenty. I also used the low fat and low sodium chicken soup. I would have liked it better if the sauce was a little less thick. Very easy though - I loved that part!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

Very yummy, super sweet and addicting. I must have made mine on the small size because I had 48 - I ran out of PB cups for the last 12, so I put the balls in the fridge and got another bag. I thought the dough looked like it needed more flour when I was done mixing, but they turned out great - still soft on day two!

Grandma Ople's Apple Pie

This was delicious and easy - I loved the caramel type sauce. Mine was pretty runny, but it tasted so good we wanted to lick the plates clean! *** I've made three of these pies now - with lattice and with a full crust. The lattice crust was much better! I was skeptical but it turned out great!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I loved how easy this was - just dump and go! I tried to use lower sodium ingredients when I had them. I will probably leave the beer out next time. I could smell beer when I was reheating for lunch at work!
