Baked Spaghetti

Easy and filling! I added Italian spices to the sauce mixture, and also used a second jar of sauce like some others did. Will definitely make this again!

Eggplant Casserole

Very good! I added Italian Seasoning to the meat mixture and a shredded Italian blend cheese to the bread crumbs. Everyone loved it, and it was easy to make.

Chicken Enchiladas I

Old-Fashioned Macaroni, Tomato, and Cheese Bake

Very easy to make. I took this to a potluck at work, and everyone enjoyed it. I agree with the previous post--add a little extra hot sauce for more flavor, and I would also add a little extra cheese the next time.

I also used a can of Ro-tel with this recipe, and topped it with the cheddar flavored onions. Took it to a potluck at work, and everyone raved about the dish! Very easy to make.

Chocolate Chip Cheese Ball

Awesome recipe! My family is not crazy about pecans, so I rolled this in miniature chocolate chips instead, and it was great. Served it with the graham crackers and vanilla wafers at an office party, and it was a huge hit.

Double Cheese Casserole

Very easy and kid friendly! I added some spices to give it a kick--otherwise it would have been a little bland. My daughters loved it, and the leftovers were just as good warmed up.

Blueberry Banana Pie

very good pie--i've had this one before, only slightly different. i used a graham cracker pie crust instead, and garnised the top of the pie with the whipped cream instead of spreading it all over. my dad loved blueberries, and he loved this pie.

Margarita Party Pie

tastes just like a margarita--so watch the alcohol content around the kids. i used a graham cracker crust instead of the pretzels, and everyone at my party thought the pie was absolutely wonderful. but remember to thaw the pie for a little bit before serving, or it's impossible to cut!
