Cornbread Casserole
Made this for my son's birthday party as something different. It was fantastic. I did drain the whole corn and used about 8 ounces of sour cream, and used Jiffy corn muffin mix. Definitely a keeper and many asked for the recipe.

Artichoke & Spinach Dip Restaurant Style
WOW, this is really delicious. I just took it out of the oven and tried it before taking it to the picnic. I also used a whole block of cream cheese and a little bit more mozz cheese. Excellent!!

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert
This was a big hit at the family picnic. Will definitely make it again. The only change I did make was to add less strawberry glaze. I bought a 13oz container and only used about half of it.
