It was okay. I made it with 1 cup marshmallows and 1 cup pecans, and this wasn't enough filling. Needs more additions to make it a "very good" recipe.

It tasted pretty good, but even when I sifted the crumbs, the bark turned quite gray. So it tastes good, but doesn't look too appealing. Probably a recipe I will make again to eat at home, but not to take to parties.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Real Hummus

I made the author's modified version and it turned out wonderful! It was creamy and flavorful. I lived in Israel for a few months and this easily compared to hummus I ate there. An excellent recipe that I will use again and again.

Black and Blueberry Muffins

These are delicious muffins! I didn't have cream so I used 2% milk, and all blueberries. I sprinkled a little oatmeal and brown sugar on top of each muffin and baked for 20 minutes. They turned out great- moist even with the w/w flour and wheat germ. Highly recommend! Even my hubby loved them!

Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

My husband and I thought this recipe was okay, but not fabulous. I used only 3/4 cup oil, like someone else had suggested, so maybe that made it a bit less tasty? It was very easy to make though.
