Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2006
Thanks Kristi for the recipe the are great, really easy to make, stays fresh and you really cant tell they came from a box. I just used pillsberry chocolate cake mix, no nuts or chips, great just plain. Also added a little vanilla and almond and cooked for 9 mins. This recipe is a keeper , thanks for sharing. Also added 1 tlbs of oil and rolled the cookie in a little ball before bakeing.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2006
Wonderfull, these are the best and so easy to make. I used a little vanilla and almond, left off the icing, it's excellent with out it. What I always do when trying a new recipe is just put about 3 cookies in the oven at first to see how they turn out. It's better to make temp, changes, size of cookie etc. with just a couple than a whole pan full. You really should try these and they stay nice and moist for quite a while. Thank you for shareing.

Lap Salad

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2006
5 + stars. This salad is wonderful, used cole slaw mix instead of cabbage, and cut the recipe way down becouse it is just my husband and me. Also mixed all the seasoning together first then poured over the salad. This is a dish I will be sharing at get togethers and pot luck dinners. Can't wait for others to try it. Thanks so much Susan for the recipe. Elaine

Bierrocks II

Reviewed: Jul. 7, 2006
This recipe was excellent.. Did not measure everything out, but did use everything that was called for, ended up with a little bit to much but that was good becouse we just had it on the side. In fact if folding everything in the bread is to hard, try making the filling and bread separate it turns out great. This is a recipe I will be making again. Thank you. Elaine

This was just an OK recipe to me. I think for the simple reason could not get the rice to a dark color and just tasted like the dish was missing something.

T Bird's Beef Jerky

Reviewed: May 4, 2005
T Bird, my husband and I both thank you for this recipe. If I could give it 10 stars I would, it is the best. Have never made anything like this before but it is so simple anyone could do it. Added a touch of liquid smoke just to give it a taste of the outdoors. Husband said I can pack this for his lunch all the time and he would be a happy man. Thanks again..

Hard to rate this recipe, after mixing in the milk mixture it all turned into a big dough ball. Follow the directions but must of done something wrong. Sorry but can only give this a one star.

False Cabbage Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2005
This was a surprise to me, it really did turn out good, did not use the sour cream but did add more spices. Will make this again, it's just so much faster than trying to get the cabbage apart so you can make rolls out of it. Thank you for the recipe
