I used 1 pkg of ground turkey 85/15. I DID NOT use the egg,ketchup, water, worcesershire or mustard powder. What I did was made the patties as it is written in step 1 but without the egg. Then I used the remaining of french onion soup mixed with a half jar of brown gravy. To make it thick I made a paste out of 1 tbsp of flour and added a little water to the flour until it was moist and looked like paste. Then I stirred the flour paste in the gravy. Covered and cooked for about 20 minutes. Always add water to flour when you add it to a sauce, if you do not, then your sauce will have "flour balls" little balls of flour. This is a very easy recipe. We love it. I make it once a week at least. Thanks Kelly!!
