Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Great recipe! I let the seeds dry overnight on a cookie sheet. I also mix in some garlic powder and Jane's Crazy Salt. For me, they usually only take about 45 minutes in the oven.

SOOOOO good! And the dipping sauce is excellent. I use it for chicken nuggets as well. For the dipping sauce I add just a little drop of honey.

Baked Zucchini Chips

I love these! They are so easy and so tasty. They are even a huge hit with the picky kids in the house! Also, they are excellent warmed up the next day. Try it with yellow squash too. Yum!

Grilled Portobello Mushrooms

I don't use the red peppers because I don't like them, but everything else is really good. This is the recipe I use every time I make portobello mushrooms, which has actually been a lot now that I have found this recipe!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

Very tasty! I couldn't get my sauce to thicken very well, but that didn't matter. It still turned out great! I used skinless, boneless chicken breast and it only took about 20-25 minutes to cook. I basted it every 5 minutes. Very nice flavor. Hubby loved it!

Double-Cheese Eggs Benedict

I make this every time my family comes to visit and they love it! My husband loves it too, so we make it for brunch sometimes. Sooo tasty and I've never been a fan of Eggs Benedict.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

This was fantastic! The only thing was that I did leave the bread out overnight to get it a little more stale, which I'm glad I did. Otherwise, I didn't change a thing. I got many compliments. Wonderful!

Spaghetti Pizza Lasagna

My husband and I LOVED this! When I was browning the beef, I added fresh garlic and seasoned it with Jane's Crazy Salt and Pepper and also some Season All. It added great flavor. I also used mozzarella cheese as well as cheddar. I will definitely be adding this to my list of favorite dinners.
