I have made these stuffed mushrooms many times from I recipe I found in a Junior-League cookbook. This is a wonderful recipe requested frequently by my teenage son. My recipe also calls for the addition of 1/4 to 1/3 cup of crumbled crisp bacon mixed into the cream cheese mixture and topped with a sprinkling of shredded cheddar cheese. Great!

This was a really fast and easy recipe that tasted really good. I loved the convenience of making it in my slow cooker. I will definitely make it again. I did add about 1 1/2 teaspoons of browning sauce to give the gravy a richer, more brown look like beef gravy should be. I also browned the roast first before putting it in the slow cooker.

Whenever I go to Honeybaker's restaurant I order the poppyseed chicken casserole. It is wonderful. I'm glad to report that this recipe is even better. It was very easy to make and I loved the crunchy topping. I think it would be good with mushrooms and will try it next time.

This recipe tasted very good although it seemed a bit mushy. Next time I am going to cut the sour cream in half and substitute a can of cream of chicken for one of the cream of potato. Loved the crunch of the cornflake topping. I have a similar recipe I have used before and am trying to perfect it to my family's taste. Quickly becoming one of my favorites. I especially like the convenience of mixing it up the night before. Thanks!

Very good but a bit dry. I'll adjust the sauce ingredients next time to make it more moist. My family thought it was great.

I loved this recipe. It was quick , easy, and tasted wonderful. I added a can of tomatoes with green chilis and a little chili powder. Kids think it is great, too.

This is a very good recipe that tastes even better the next day. I wasn't sure whether to drain the mixed vegetables or not--would like clarification. I used the roasted garlic instant mashed potatoes as suggessted by another reviewer. I think that I would prefer the homemade kind as in the original recipe. I will make this again. Thanks.

As good as Red Lobster's--maybe better! I doubled the recipe for a family get together. Not a drop was left. Looking forward to making it again soon.

This is a very easy dessert to make. I made it as the recipe calls the first time--very good. The second time I tried the white chocolate pudding instead of vanilla--even better. Next time I will also use 1/4 cup less milk to make it hold up better. I also used mini chocolate chips instead of the regular. I like the appearance better and it disperses the chocolate flavor throughout the whole pie better. Will make again.

This is a great recipe. I sometimes add artichokes and/or garbanzo beans. Substituting shredded mozzarella for the asiago is also quick and delicious. I also like to use grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes instead of regular tomatoes.It is a meal all by itself, especially on warm summer nights.

Our family has made a recipe similar to this for years. We use Campbell's Beefy Mushroom for the soup and omit the flour. It is true comfort food at its best. An extra can of soup is used for extra gravy. It is a favorite with my children.

THESE WERE A LITTLE BIT SALTY BUT VERY GOOD. THE NEXT TIME I WILL TRY REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF GREEN OLIVES AND INCREASING THE BLACK OLIVES. THIS A GOOD RECIPE TO MAKE A DAY AHEAD. SAVES A LOT OF TIME. VERY EASY.

This is an excellent recipe!I will use this one often. I continue to be mystified by people who rate recipes low yet didn't follow the directions. Is that the recipes fault or your fault.

I've made these many times for all occasions and we never get tired of them. Very addicting! The only difference in this recipe and the one I use is adding a small pinch of dried dill weed (not seed)to the top of the cucumber slice. They are also very easy to make and very inexpensive.

Definitely satifies a craving for buffalo wings. The recipe is delicious as is but next time I am also going to try it with bleu cheese dressing just because I like it so much. I also put out a bottle of Frank's (none other) for those who want to add a few dashes for some extra flavor.

This was one of the easiest and quickest salad recipes I have made. It is delicious as is, but I did use the sliced mild banana pepper rings instead of the pepperoncinis. They seem to be a bit milder for kids. The first time I used the called for dressing amount which was slightly to much, so make sure to add gradually to suit your taste. At times,I have substituted pepperoni for the hard salami, only because it is cheaper than a good quality hard salami. I do prefer the flavor of the hard salami, though. I also used the new mozzarella cheese crumbles instead of the shredded type. It didn't change the taste but did add a slightly new texture that I enjoyed. A very colorful and attractive salad. This is an excellent recipe. I'm giving it 5 stars although I did do some substitutions. I know I would like the recipe as stated but I wasn't sure if the amount of tortellini called for was dried or fresh. I used the dried. I also used a 9 oz bag of fresh baby spinach. I mistakenly bought an 8 oz bottle of Italian dressing but found it to be more than enough. I think this was because I rinsed the tortellini with cold water to stop the cooking process and then refrigerated it before combining with the other ingredients. It kept the tortellini from absorbing so much of the dressing. I had a 6 oz can of sliced olives so I went ahead and added the extra. Got several requests for the recipe.

I have eaten this since I was a child. It is a dish that is associated with going to Grandma's house. The only difference is that she added a bit of green pepper to her recipe and also thickened it with a bit of corn starch. My mom makes it as the recipe states-cooked down but still with a bit of green pepper. Bread and butter is always a must have with this dish for our family. I like this especially in the winter.
