Pineapple Zucchini Muffins

Excellent. Because I misread the recipe, I used beef broth and not whatever the cambell's veggies soup is and all barbecue sauce (no ketchup). Next time I'll try to make it according to the recipe but my "accidents" tasted good too!

Sturdy Whipped Cream Frosting

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

This is very good. For 4th of July, you can reserve some of the cream cheese filling to make stars and stripes and buy a few blueberries as the stars backdrop. Follow Directions exactly, do not thaw out strawberries.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

I doubled the recipe and the heavy cream was really watery. Next time I might boil off the water from the peppers and if that doesn't work, might simmer the sauce to boil off some of the liquid. Other than that, it was perfect as is. Not too hot using the prescribed number of tbs for the cajun seasoning.
