I made this cake for my Bible study group without trying it out first, which I usually don't do in case it doesn't turn out, but this recipe didn't let me down! Everyone loved it! I also substituted choc. syrup for the liqueur and it was fabulous. I usually am not a big cake fan because cakes tend to be dry, but this was moist and gooey - like a good brownie in a cake pan!

Snackasnicker Pie

This pie was really easy to make. However, I wasn't too wild about the cream cheese/chocolate combination. It would have been better with a little less cream cheese because the taste was very strong.

This recipe is SO GOOD! The chicken is especially good when grilled. The sauce is very rich and absolutely delicious. One of a kind!

Jam Filled Butter Cookies

This recipe turned out well on the first try! I only added a little bit of almond extract for flavor. The cookies don't really brown when they are all the way cooked, so be careful not to overbake! They were really good though.
