My family loves ginger/molasses cookies. Because of the great reviews, we decided to try this recipe, however, we were disappointed and will stick with our tried and true family recipe. The dough is too wet and sticky, even though I refrigerated it first. Also, you have to flatten them prior to baking, so you don't get that nice crinkle. At least not like our other recipe. But all this would be mute, if the taste was superior, but it wasn't. We'll continue using our other recipe.
