Grilled Potatoes and Onion
Helpful hint to get the potato to caramelize. After I place the first piece of foil down, I rub the stick of butter on the foil, and then start loading the potatoes and onions. When grilling, I start by putting the packet on direct heat for about five minutes. This technique should result in a nice dark brown crust on whatever sides of the foil packet you decide to brown.

The Best Vegetarian Chili in the World
This is an excellent vegetarian chili recipe. I've been making this for years and it's always a hit. For all the donkeys complaining this chili is too spicy.... seriously?? Its chili!! Make some cream of something if you don't want spicy. I swear some people aren't happy unless they're complaining. Chili? Spicy? Who would have thought.

Boilermaker Tailgate Chili
This was the first time I made Boilermaker Tailgate chile, so I followed the recipe to the T. I made the chili on Superbowl Saturday and warmed/served on Superbowl Sunday in the crockpot with Fritos and cheddar cheese as condoments. Everyone loved the chili! I overheard many people asking "Who brought this chili?" or "!! This is the best chili to ever get past my chiclets!". My ears would perk and I would answer "That would be me. The recipe has been in the family for years and you can't have it. So don't even ask!". Good chili. Make it.
