These will be, by far, the best cinnamon rolls you have ever had. Go back and read the other reviews, they really help with this one. Make sure you cream together the ingredients for the filling and spread the combined ingredients over the dough (this keeps more of the filling in your rolls instead of on your pan), and taste your filling to make sure you have about the amount of cinnamon that you like. I increased the amount of filling by about a half because i like mine really gooey. Also, use a glass pan if you have one, and adjust the cook time to 20 minutes at 350. When your buns come out of the oven flip them out of the pan, and scrape the extra filling drippings back over them (this makes them completely gooey and delicious, and also eases cleaup by leaving you with less sugar in the pan), and then frost them immediately. They are absolutely delicious and reheat wonderfully in the microwave, and i am told they are even amazing cold. Next time i am planning on trippling or even quadrupling the recipie and freezing a couple batches for a rainy day.
