I picked the skin and bones out of the salmon prior to mixing in the rest of the ingredients! YUM

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I added more diced mushrooms and reduced the cream cheese (I used lite). GOOD STUFF!

Chicken Parmigiana

I marinated the chicken for about an hour in McCormick's Falvor Medleys (Garlic Herb) and it gave it a wonder flavor and kept the chicken moist. Also, I added the spaghetti sauce at the 1/2-way point and put the cheeses on about 5 minutes before taking it out of the oven. I'd DEFINATELY make this again. My family LOVED it.
