i wouldnt waste snapper on such a mediocre recipe again. this was bland and thoroughly not worth the effort.

Used 6 cups of broth and 1 1/2 pounds yams and found this made for a balanced consistancy. Added a clove of garlic instead of the powder and a touch of tabasco. Please try to use wild rice! It makes for a beautiful presentation!

Quick and Easy Thai Style Coleslaw

This did not turn out as well as I expected. I place the blame for that squarely on the shoulders of the packaged coleslaw mix - as a rule really it shouldnt be used unless you have zero time to cook.

Ravioli Soup

Really beautiful looking and tasty too! Be sure to use good quality ravioli...added more mushrooms, carrots, garlic adn a can of garbanzos. Superb.

Stuffed Pepper Soup I

Loved every bite! Used 2 red peppers, no salt and added an onion, garlic, extra water and hot sauce. SO GOOD!

Carrot Rice

AWESOME! I did change things up a bit: used 2 1/2 cups broth, doubled ginger and added juice of 1/2 lime, 2 1/2 tbsp fish sauce, 2 tbsp cilantro and a touch of green tabasco. This would be great with any Thai style meal.

Fresh Market Gazpacho

I added less tomato juice for a more hearty version of typical gazpacho and doubled all spices including the hot sauce. Try topping your soup with a mix of sour cream and chipotle tabasco. Yummy indeed!

perfect recipe to get me over my fear of making sushi! colourful, flavourful and easy. looks beautiful too. made with crabmeat and tamari sauce. PLEASE dont forget to serve with pickled ginger! tasty!

found them to be very dry and in dire need of flavour. perhaps oven time is too much while seasoning level is too little. if altered, may become a very decent veggie option.
