Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream

This was so good! I entered in an ice cream contest we had at our church and won 1st place out of 6 entries! Since it was a cheesecake ice cream I used Cheesecake Pudding instead of vanilla. I made it in three batches and layered it as stated in the recipe.

Oktoberfest Chili

Raspberry Walnut Torte

I made this torte to take to a German restaurant when we had company from Germany. It was the perfect dessert for the occasion. I did 3- 8" by making 1 1/2 batches and doing 6 layers. My friend from Germany even requested the recipe. Thank you for the recipe, it's a keeper!

Insalata Caprese I

I made this salad for a salad luncheon. I used garden fresh tomatoes. I did not use onion, but did use fresh ground sea salt and pepper along with the fresh basil, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and fresh mozerella. I had many good compliments and recipe requests.

Honey and Onion Mustard Sauce

I used this for a sandwich spread. I served it with ham and turkey sandwiches at an event I catered. It got rave reviews and people wanted the recipe. It was a little thinner than I would have liked, but just the same it was good. I was looking for a signature spread and I have found it!

Swiss Cheese Scramble

I wanted to serve this to a group of 40 people so I tried it out first for a small brunch. Everyone really liked it but thought a little kick would make it even more delicious. I will serve Tabasco on the side. I also added a little more bread, less cheese and added green onions. I am also going to do a sausage one for the group I'm serving.
