Italian Sausage Soup
This soup is absolutely wonderful!!! Tastes great on a chilly winter day - actually, it would taste good on any day! I made a few changes: I used ½ Spicy Italian and ½ regular sausage and added some chopped onion and extra garlic when I cooked the sausage. I also used low sodium beef broth and I didn’t add the extra salt to the soup (that the actual recipe called for). This soup was spectacular. I will make this soup again and again… Thanks!!!

Indian Chicken Curry II
Wow! This was fantastic!!! I am impressed how well this turned out! I made only a few small changes: I added 2 extra Tbsp of curry powder, used Indian Chili powder (instead of the cayenne pepper), I used lite coconut milk and reduced the amount of lemon (per other reviewers) and this dish was wonderful. I will definitely add this to my rotation to make on a regular basis!!! Thank you!!!

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos
This recipe was strangely…DELICIOUS!!! I was a little skeptical about trying this recipe but with all the high ratings I decided to give it a try. This definitely has a unique flavor, but it is really tasty and healthy too! I followed the directions exactly. Next time when I make these I think I am going to follow other reviewers and use black beans. I imagine it will taste great with them too. These also freeze beautifully. To re-heat I just wrapped them in a paper towel and threw it in the microwave for a couple minutes. Thanks for a FANTASTIC recipe!!!
