WOW! I've never made crepes before and was always under the impression that they were difficult to make. Not this recipe! I did the wet ingredients first with the whisk in the mixer but realized my half batch wasn't big enough for my mixer so I whisked in the dry ingredients myself. I added some sugar and vanilla for sweet breakfast crepes. The batter was smooth and thin and they came out beautiful! They only needed less than a minute on the pan before they were ready for a flip. A little powdered sugar, whipped cream, and boysenberry jam and they were amazing! I can't wait to make more!
