I made the following changes based on other reviews: added about 1/4 C more of milk, pre-cooked the pasta, used the full 2 cups of cheese in it, added some veggies (I used broccoli, corn and onions sauteed in 2 cloves of garlic), added some seasoning (italian seasoning and potato pizzazz- which is a mix of spices incl dehydrated garlic, red and green bell pepper, onion, leek, tomato, carrot and sea salt made in Prince Edward Island, Canada. I also added 8 pieces of cooked, crumbled bacon and still put about 1/2C cheese on top and broiled it for the last 5 mins. I cut the cooking time down by about 10 mins. My boyfriend, who was sick of turkey after 2 turkey dinners LOVED IT! Thanks, Cherry, for a new favorite use for leftover turkey!
