Kale Krisps

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2010
Totally delish!! I used walnut oil on it and topped it with Wensleydale, Red leicester and a bit of parmesan. I also drizzled the juice of a quarter lemon over the top and sprinkled with a bit of salt. Fabulous recipe!!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
Loved it. Loved it loved it loved it. I think next time I'll know to put a little less peanut butter in them but they were just wonderful. Thank you so much for the recipe. I think I may make these often! The best part is, the kids can do most of the work.

Brisket with BBQ Sauce

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2009
This was lovely. The only thing I wished I could change was the smoke flavoring. I cant get any here in the UK, or if there is some I dont know where I can buy it. I think that would have made it perfect!!! I added a bit of honey to mine as well as I just fancied a honey BBQ sauce for my Pork Shoulder. Great job. This is the second time I've used this. And I cant see me wanting to use any other recipe again. Its a huge hit! Thank you for the great recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Reviewed: Jul. 18, 2009
Just lovely. I added 1 cup of coconut as I just prefer my chocolate chip cookies that way. I also used Vanilla extract rather than Vanilla flavour. Just lovely. Thanks

Mrs. Sigg's Fresh Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
Fantastic taste fantastic texture. The only thing I hated about the whole thing was that my pre-bought pastry was too thick because I really wanted more of that pie filling. BEAUTIFUL!!!!! Oh so yummy. Thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!

Classic Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2008
Although the taste was ok the texture was rubbish! They were so cakey. Too much flour in my opinion! I did add coconut and that really brought them out. They were just too hard, crunchy and cakey.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2008
These were great pancakes. I only rated 4 stars because I felt the batter was too think. I added more milk to it. Its a fantastic pancake either on its own or a base to flavored pancakes such as blueberry or Pineapple pancakes. This recipe has been saved in my recipe box and I'll be using it from now on!!! Thanks!

Easy Cajun Jambalaya

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2008
This was the very first time I've tried Jambalya from scratch! Coming from the south I love my Cajun food. Now that I live in Scotland its hard to come by. My brother in law has never had it before. He had two large helping and took the leftovers home!! I added two large spoonfulls from a can of diced tomatoes with chillis and a packet of extra large prawns. The taste was beautiful. Thank you very very much for this recipe! I will use it this one time and time again!!!!!

Easy Apple Cinnamon Muffins

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2004
Mindy, This was such a good recipe. It filled the house with such wonderful aromas. The taste was out of this world. I did have to make some alterations though. Only because I didnt have enough apples. I used one apple and one ripe pear. As the pear was small I added a little carrot shavings to it. It was a masterpiece. Thank you.
