Family totally loved this one, and that is saying something for my crew. I did precook the bacon. I used Provolone cheese inside the chicken instead of cream cheese...thought the kids would like that better. No chives. But, I am sure it would be great with them...again, thinking of kids, I left it out. Served over egg noodles. Its a keeper.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Very delicious. Picky husband and picky kids loved it. I,too, doubled the sauce recipe, but kept the italian dressing at one envelope and used chicken broth instead of wine. PERFECTO!!

Cake Balls

These are really good. I did the chocolate cake with chocolate frosting and chocolate almond bark and it was great. Like others, I think there are other flavor combos that will be even better. I froze the balls before I dipped them and that makes it easy. Also, that must be a typo about the amt. of almond bark...I used a whole package and I think it was a pound and a half! Very good and different...

Chicken Soup Casserole

Very good, especially considering how EASY it was! I added a bit of garlic powder and onion flakes...don't know if it made any difference but it was good...served it over biscuits...

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Very good. Different, which I liked. Many say the cinnamon was overpowering but I thought it was all just right. Guess its just personal preference. Very good and a snap to put together.

Grandma's Carrot Cake

I love Carrot Cake, but hate shredding those carrots. So, when I make a carrot cake, I want it to be GOOD. This one is delicious. I served it after Christmas Dinner and got 2 "THIS IS THE BEST carrot cake I have ever had" responses!!!
