Healthier To Die For Blueberry Muffins
made it exactly as written, but used fresh blueberries I had frozen this summer. Excellent. Husband just raved and he doesnt rave unless he means it! This one is a keeper. OH, forgot that next time I would probably melt the butter for the topping and maybe cut back a little on the sugar and flour...had TONS lots over and tried to really pile it on. Still had lots left over. Hated to see it go to waste. ;)

Classic Macaroni and Cheese
I thought this was excellent. I used 8 oz sliced sharp cheddar and about 8-12 oz of other sliced cheese I had on hand...havarti and mozzarella. Put it in oven at 200 for about 2 hours so it would be ready when we walked in from church. Perfect. Will def. make again.

Bacon Wrapped Chicken
Family totally loved this one, and that is saying something for my crew. I did precook the bacon. I used Provolone cheese inside the chicken instead of cream cheese...thought the kids would like that better. No chives. But, I am sure it would be great with them...again, thinking of kids, I left it out. Served over egg noodles. Its a keeper.
