I read the reviews and feared having flavorless chicken, so I made a few changes and had absolutely NO problem with lack of flavor. I added cinnamon to the apple(granny smith)/cheese/bread crumb mixture and also seasoned the chicken after pounding it out with salt, pepper and garlic salt. I also added a slice of butter to the inside of the chicken when rolling it up (kinda like chicken kiev). I replaced the water with half apple cider and half chicken broth and left the amount of wine the same. It came out perfect, and I was told by one of my guests that it was honestly the best chicken he's ever had.
