Cookie Mix in a Jar I

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2006
Good Recipe. I am doing the jars right now, and just a HUGE TIP!!! PUT FLOUR FIRST!!! I made 4 jars with ingredients not fitting, and the jars looked all "floury" otherwise. Putting the flour first and making sure to pack down after each ingredient is a HUGE help! =)

Bacon Wrapped Hotdogs

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2006
This deserves way more stars than 5. I made this for a superbowl party and the guys went CRAZY for it. Taking into consideration what others said about them becoming soggy - I microwaved the bacon for a about 30/40 seconds, drained the grease. After wrapping, I baked them in the oven at 375 for 45 minutes. Then put them in the slowcooker on low just to keep them warm but they werent in there for long! I also made a ketchup and brown sugar sauce for dipping them into - some went for this and some didn't. But it was VERY YUMMY!!!!!

Kristen's Awesome Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2006
Fantastic!! The perfect cross between crunchy and chewy. I added a bit less cinnamon and then about a 1/4 cup each of semi sweet and milk chocolate chips. I loved that they were just right when i took them out at 12 minutes too. . . not too hard! Mmmmm. . .

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2006
This is an excellent soup. I took someones advice on adding a can of (drained) black beans, which was great. I also added a touch of fresh cilantro. I did not put the chips in with the soup when I served it, just served them seperately for any that wanted. Used Kraft "Tex Mex" cheese to put on top. VERY YUMMY

AWESOME! I had never really tried salmon before - but really wanted to so I was looking for a simple recipe. I have to say - I am not a lover of mustard either , but this recipe definitely deserves 5 stars, it is EXCELLNT. Defintely will make again.

Scrambled Eggs Done Right

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2006
Awesome! I found the mayo was hard to wisk into the eggs and became a little chunky - so i tossed it in the blender on 'beat' for a few seconds and it was perfect!! I think this made them even fluffier. Yummm...

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Jan. 21, 2006
AWESOME! I didn't have wine on hand so I just did without and it STILL came out great. It seems like a long time to cook only a few porkchops but it's well worth it. I think baking it again with the soup really made it sooo tender! My boyfriend called his mom right away to tell her how great it was. A KEEPER!

Frosted Banana Bars

Reviewed: Nov. 15, 2004
Delicious. I made this for my family and they absolutely adored it. Their only suggestion was to add some walnuts so I added about 1 1/2 cups of them, it came out great. I have already made this twice and will definitely be making it again.
